#ProjectHelpingHands: Outreach Program in Brgy. Sapang Bato Angeles City, Pampanga
Only in giving you are able to receive more than what you already have.
Sapang bato is the largest barangay in Angeles City in Pampanga Province with a total land area of 187,894 sq meters. Sapang Bato Elementary and High School are the only public schools in the said barangay.
I was able to participate on a outreach program on June 16,2016 leaded by a family friend of my friend, Ms. Gerlyn David-Lacson and her husband Teph Lacson.
The couple just wanted to give a present to the children of Sapang Bato Elementary because they believe that the children is our future. They had a small fund raising activity to produce 100 set of educational goods to be distributed to Grade 1 students of the said School. And with the assistance of Sapang Bato Elementary School Principal, Mrs. Rita A. Dalusong we were able to give a little smile on the faces of these little angels.
I have always been an active volunteer to these kind of events and it never failed to amaze me that there are a lot more people who are willing to help other people. Despite the numerous news of crimes I see on television, I still believe that the good people outnumbers them. #HumanityRestored
I will never be tired on participating events like this because the best way to find a helping hand is at the end of your own arm.
